How can I order badges?
Use the exhibitor portal to access your account, where you can add the names of your booth staff. The log-in details are provided in your booth confirmation email. The deadline to request badges is August 3, 2022. Badges can only be requested onsite after this date.

As an exhibitor, can I attend conference sessions outside of the exhibit hall?
Yes, you are able to attend sessions.

Beware of Unauthorized List Rental Solicitations
Please be aware that Rocky Mountain Symposium does not sell or distribute Rocky Mountain Symposium attendee lists to any third party vendor. If you have been approached by a third party vendor to purchase a Rocky Mountain Symposium conference attendee list, it is a scam. If you do receive correspondence from any individuals claiming to be selling a Rocky Mountain Symposium attendee list please report them to Tara Fields at email@example.com. We will take the appropriate action. We would suggest that you do not respond or engage with these vendors. It only emboldens their effort. We do our best to keep our eye on these offenders. We send them cease and desist requests and then report them to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC). We also send out information educating our exhibitors and members on proper handling of these requests.
